Compassionate and Effective Advocate

Going through a divorce or family law issue can be incredibly stressful and emotional. Tricia is not just a skilled advocate; she is also a compassionate legal advocate who will support you throughout the legal process.

Tricia Cunningham is a Licensed Legal Paraprofessional (LLP) with a decade of experience in family law and strategic leadership at BridgePoint Family Law. With her deep understanding of Colorado family law, Tricia provides essential divorce support to help individuals navigate the divorce process with empathy, precision, and an unwavering commitment to achieving results.

Tricia's caseload encompasses divorce, custody, and post-decree matters—managing everything from financial disclosures to settlement drafting and parenting plans. Her meticulous case preparation and accessible communication style have made her a trusted ally, guiding clients through some of the most challenging moments in their lives.

Prior to becoming an LLP, Tricia supported high-asset, high-conflict family law cases at leading Denver law firms and collaborated closely with general counsel at a major Colorado cooperative on sensitive legal matters. Her diverse background in civil law, estate planning, adoption, and domestic litigation makes her a versatile and strategic partner for family law services.

Tricia holds a Paralegal Certificate from Auburn University and a BBA in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University. She is licensed by the Colorado Supreme Court as an LLP and has earned the trust of both attorneys and clients for her integrity, reliability, and results.

Before relocating to Colorado, Tricia studied at the Nashville School of Law in Nashville, Tennessee. In 2021, she and her family moved to Colorado to support her son during a difficult divorce and custody battle. Her dedication and presence were pivotal in ensuring her son was ultimately awarded primary custody of his daughter.

Having experienced a divorce herself after 22 years of marriage, Tricia brings a profound sense of empathy and understanding to her work. She leverages her personal journey to provide divorce support and advocate effectively for others facing similar challenges, offering not only legal guidance but also compassion and clarity during this emotionally complex time.

Outside of her professional life, Tricia enjoys quality time with her husband, children, and especially her granddaughter. Her life is rooted in faith and family, which serve as her greatest sources of strength and inspiration.
